Shipping Policy:
- We ship worldwide
- We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
- All products that are displayed on KID1 Website are stocked at our warehouses and are ready to be shipped.
- We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 2 working days of the order.
- Products within India are delivered within 3-8 days while international delivery is subject to complete within 5-10 days after dispatch.
- We shall send you the courier tracking details via email once the parcel is shipped.
- To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
- Shipping Cost for International Shipments is calculated & mentioned at order checkout.
- You’ll receive an email once your order has been dispatched with the details of tracking numbers. You’ll be able to track the order status after 24 hours of dispatching.

- In case the product you purchased is found to be out of stock, we may contact you through e-mail. You may then choose to wait, choose another product, or opt for a full refund.
NOTE:
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any custom duties/taxes applicable in their country.
Customs & Import Duties – Any such taxes are borne solely by the customer if such charges are applicable in the destination country on handloom products sourced from India. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order price you pay. These charges are ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.
