Refund & Cancellation

Cancellation by Customer

• You can cancel an order until it has been shipped.
• To cancel, drop an email to connect@kid1.co and mention your order number and cancellation reason.
• For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded back to the same account within 10 working day. It can take up to two weeks to reflect your refund, so please be patient.

Cancellation by Company

Every effort is made to fulfill your orders. However, under certain circumstances including stock limitations or inaccuracies/errors, we might be unable to process an order and have to cancel. If at all such a situation ever arises, we shall communicate to you. Any payment received will be refunded back to your payment method within 10 working days. It may take up to two weeks to reflect your refund.

Please note that in the event of an order cancellation initiated by us, our liability will be limited only to the refund of payment made by you and nothing more.
