📜 KID1 Return & Exchange Policy

At KID1, we offer a fast and easy exchange process for your convenience.
You can exchange items purchased on KID1 within 2 days of receiving the product.

Please note that returns are eligible only in the following cases:

  • The product received is defective
  • You have received the wrong product from our end.

In such cases, we can process an exchange or issue a credit note.
If you choose an exchange, it will be done subject to availability in our stock.
If you do not opt for an exchange during the process, we will issue a credit note valid for 30 days from the date of issue, which can be used toward your future purchases.

We allow only one exchange per order.

 ✅ How to Exchange

1. To request an exchange, please call or WhatsApp on ‪‪+919920620617‬‬ within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Mention your order number, along with the reason for exchange.
3. We will respond with the return shipping details once your request is received.

📦 Return Shipping Guidelines

  • The returned product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in sealable condition.
  • The original packaging, including brand tags, KID1 tags, and invoice, must be intact.
  • Items should be securely and safely packed to prevent any damage during transit.
  • All returns must be self-shipped by the customer to our warehouse, #4141, Second Floor, Rustomjee Ease Zone Mall, Opposite IDBI Bank, Vasari Hill Road, Malad West Mumbai – 400064. 
  • The return shipment must reach our warehouse within 10 days from the date of raising the exchange request.
  • We recommend using a reliable courier partner for shipping.
  • All returned items are subject to inspection and quality check upon arrival at our warehouse.

 ⚠ Important Notes

  • Returns are only eligible if the product is defective or wrongly sent by us.
  • COD products are not eligible for return, but can be exchanged under the same conditions.
  • The ₹300 COD charge is non-refundable.
  • Clearance Sale or Discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.

We offer such discounts because we don’t hold inventory after our sales end, and therefore cannot process returns.
However, in case of a defective or wrong shipment, please contact us and we will ensure to make it right.
