Shipping Policy

KID1 promises to deliver your order with excellent packaging for a wonderful shopping experience within the given time frame.

Shipping Charges – We offer free shipping within India on all products

Express Shipping – ₹295 (inclusive of GST) – Faster delivery for your orders.

Shipping Policy:

  • We ship Pan India.
  • We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
  • All products that are displayed on KID1 Website are stocked at our warehouses and are ready to be shipped.
  • We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 2 working days of the order.
  • Products within India are delivered within 5-7 working days.
  • We shall send you the courier tracking details via email/whatsapp once the parcel is shipped.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
  • You’ll receive an email/whatsapp once your order has been dispatched with the details of tracking numbers. You’ll be able to track the order status after 24 hours of dispatching.
  • In case the product you purchased is found to be out of stock, we may contact you through e-mail. You may then choose to wait, choose another product, or opt for a full refund. 

COD Delivery Policy

Once a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is marked Out for Delivery, a maximum of three delivery attempts will be made if the customer is unavailable. If the customer is not reachable or available after these three attempts, the parcel will be Returned to Origin (RTO).

The same order will not be reattempted as a COD delivery. To have the order shipped again, the customer must convert the order to a Prepaid order. Once the payment is completed, the order will be reshipped to the customer.
